Overview

Lists provides a spreadsheet-like environment purpose-built for engineering data tables. Whether you need line lists, valve lists, mechanical equipment lists, spare parts, or tie-in point schedules, you can build them with the columns and data that matter to your project.

Type directly into cells, add custom columns, filter and sort dynamically, import from CSV, and export to Excel or PDF. All lists are revision controlled and stored securely in the cloud.

Smart CSV import with 3-step wizard: auto-column matching, UDC creation from unmatched headers, append or replace modes. Excel export with styled cover page and data sheet.

Filtering & Sorting

Click any column header to sort ascending/descending. Filter row below headers with text and dropdown inputs. Numeric-aware sorting. Hidden column management.

Duplicate Key Detection

Auto-computed key fields from configurable source columns with configurable separator. Real-time red highlighting for duplicate keys. Server-side validation on save.

List Types & Columns

Five purpose-built list types, each with specialized column sets:

Line List (31 cols): Line number, size, fluid code, pipe class, insulation, heat tracing, from/to, pressures, temperatures, design code, test data, welding, coatings
Valve List (13 cols): Valve tag, number, type, actuator, line number, P&ID, location, fluid
MEL (19 cols): Equipment identifier (customizable codes), numerical ID, name, service, manufacturer, duty points, size, material, speed, power, weight

Spare Parts (14 cols): SP item number, type, quantity, description, material, pressure/temp ratings, connection type, supplier, model
Tie-In Points (13 cols): TIP number, line number, type, description, P&ID, flow source/destination, size, pressure rating, status
Key fields: Auto-computed from configurable source columns with configurable separator (dash, underscore, space)
